Microsilver
Silver has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. Put simply, silver interrupts vital processes of bacterial cells, viruses, and fungi, killing them off. In cosmetics, microsilver and nanosilver (also known as colloidal silver) are primarily used. These "types of silver" differ in the size of their particles and in their effectiveness.
